  Continuously Transposed Cables (CTC)
Advantages of using CTC

 -  Lower cost due to reduction in material used
 -  Reduced winding time thereby increasing productivity.
 -  Deliver greater electric efficiency by minimizing load losses.
 -  Improved cooling of the conductor.
 -  Improving mechanical strength of the windings.
 -  Transformer size becomes smaller thereby reducing the overall cost.
Enamelling Line

Benefits of Epoxy coating:
- Reduction of risks of shorts.
- Exceptionally strong bond strngth in the winding.
- Epoxy resin cure in the same thermal treatment for drying paper.
- Better insulation of each single strip.
- Conductors in the winding become like a solid beam.
- Small thickness of coating needed in order to achieve very strong bonding.
- Improves the windability of the CTC.
- No-pollution, beacause the B-stage resin does not contain residue of harmful solvents.

Insulation Options of CTC
- Kraft Paper
- Thermally Upgraded Paper
