Modern electrical products demand that magnet wires for coil winding be drawn from carefully selected raw materials, both the conductor and the insulation materials being manufactured to a high standard and under controlled conditions.
By shaving, drawing, flattening and stress relieving, KSH produces a wide range of rectangular conductors with sizes generally ranging from 4 mm2 to 120 mm2. By wrapping, vertical strip enamelling, yarn covering, and braiding, KSH can achieve insulation of all types of conductors using different insulating materials.
KSH Laboratory have excellent testing equipment to ensure that end products are tested as per National / International / Customized standards.
