Delivered by in-house professionals, the year-round training sessions are tailored according to employees’ requirements rendering their holistic development. One of the key training programs at KSH is the Annual Leadership Meet where 50 managers go through intensive priming to be equipped with essential knowledge to move on to the next level. It continues for 2 days and is conducted offsite.
